Outside of the construction world, Ryan is a family man at heart. He loves spending time with his two year old daughter, Stella and his beautiful wife, Courtney. His love for building extends beyond his professional life as he tackles DIY projects during his free time at home. A true sports enthusiast, Ryan can often be found watching and playing golf, a sport that embodies the precision and attention to detail he brings to his construction projects.

Lisa brings a unique touch of elegance to every project she's involved in. Her approach to design is deeply personal; she believes that every space should reflect the personalities of those who inhabit it and curates specific elements that resonate with the client’s vision. For her, the most rewarding aspect of her work is witnessing the completed project come to life.

Originally from Minnesota, Lisa and her husband Jeff of 32 years, landed in Florida when their youngest came here for college. She's an avid gardener, a skilled decorator, a talented cook, and a voracious reader. These interests have nurtured her keen eye for design and her ability to transform spaces into something truly remarkable.

Jen is a seasoned Project Supervisor at KGC even though she is much more than her title. With an impressive 25 years of experience in the field, she embodies the concept of efficiency and dedication. Her meticulous leadership has allowed close-out punch lists to run smoothly and her thoroughness with every build leaves no stone unturned. Jen's expertise ensures that KGC projects are executed flawlessly, on time, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Zach

A true Florida native, Zach knows all the ins and outs of the industry here in SWFL. As a Project Manager for KGC, his passion began with studying real estate development and transformed into actively shaping it firsthand. He is committed to the follow through and is always willing to step in wherever he’s needed. His dependable nature makes him a valuable asset to the KGC family and a key player in delivering exceptional results. His passions for boating, fishing, cars, and sports reflect his genuine Florida spirit and his love for the outdoors.
